I just wanted to tell you how much help I received from Tameka
Richardson in securing a loan from First Family Mortgage. I first came to
see Tameka after trying to get a loan from another company. They kept giving
me the run around after promising to get my loan passed. I then talked to
Tameka, and she found out the problem for me and explained what needed to be
done. I think this was in November 2009. In December of 2009 Regions bank I
thought renewed a loan on 12.04 acres of land that I had purchased separate
from my house. In March of 2010 I contacted Tameka again thinking that
everything would be ok to get a refinance on my home and 6.03 acres of land.
When Tameka got to looking into the mortgage Regions bank had put a third
mortgage on the house and six acres and leaving the other property free and
clear. The Regions loan officer told me the whole time the loan was on the
12.04 acres. Then through the help from Tameka she helped me to find a
another bank {Eva} to finance the 12.04 acres and release the third mortgage
on my house. After all that I was finally able to secure a loan from First
Family on August 5th 2010. Tameka was so nice and truthfull about about
everything. I was ready to forget the whole thing but she kept talking to me
and finding ways to help. Tameka is a remarkable person she really cares
about her clients. I would probably ended up loosing my home had it not been
for Tameka. Tameka not only built a financial package for me she built a
friendship for life. I will never forget what she done to help me and my
family. She is a great friend and person. I would not hesitate to recommend
her to anyone for help. She helped me go from a 13.25 Per cent loan and a
6.25 percent loan to a 5 percent loan. We now have one loan payment and
one land payment. Please let her know how much she means to us.

When looking to buy a home, the most crucial and daunting task in my personal experience was trying to find a lender I felt I could both trust and feel comfortable with. Jeff Morelock of 1st Family Mortgage Company was recommended to me by another financial lender that I am close friends with. He told me that not only would Jeff be able to find me an excellent finance rate, but he would treat me like family. My friend could not have been more correct. Jeff treated me and my loan with all the care and respect that I could have only expected from family. Jeff helped me in all possible ways and was very good at explaining things to me as I was a first time home buyer.
